This week in science we will
continue our unit on Electricity, State of Matter, and Heat by doing the
following:

Lab Quiz on Monday-
calculate the volume, mass, and density of items using the appropriate tools
and given formulas.

Identify and
classify physical and chemical changes.
·
Explain temperature
and how it is measured.
·
Discover how heat is
related to temperature and thermal energy.
Homeroom: Don't forget that Open House is tonight from 5:30-6:30. See you there!Monday: Today we took our quiz over mass, volume, and density and then began looking at our reading for physical and chemical changes by creating a preview page.
Tuesday: Today we took a look at our quizzes and discussed how we are going to correct the quizzes and then we continued to work on our preview page for our next reading. Quizzes will be coming home tomorrow with full corrections for you to sign and return Monday the 23rd. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
