Science:
This
week students will be:
- Classifying rocks in order to identify how the crust is built.
- Creating sedimentary and igneous rocks in order to understand the processes behind their creation.
Homeroom: Signed Food Lab Permission Slips are due back Thursday the 11th so students may participate in creating edible rock samples!
Monday: Today we:
- Setup up PQR2ST+ notes for 2.2 Classifying Rocks and spent 20 minutes completing the notes.
- In groups we discussed the many ways to differentiate rocks and what they are made of such as mineral composition, texture, and origin.
