This week students will be:
- Exploring earthquakes and how they affect our everyday living.
Homeroom: Have a great break everyone and stay safe!
Monday: Today we:
- Completed our exploration of volcanoes by playing Volcano Bingo as a way to review our vocabulary from chapter 5.
- Cleaned up our notebooks to make sure they are up-to-date and complete.
Tuesday: Today we:
- Started our exploration of earthquakes and how to protect our cities from earthquake damage by building earthquake-safe structures.
- Lab will continue tomorrow and then be finished!
Wednesday: Today we:
- Completed our exploration of earthquakes and how to protect our cities from earthquake damage by building earthquake-safe structures. Students did such a great job I know this lab was tough!
Thursday: Today we:
- Broke down our lab and discussed what worked, what we did well, and what could be improved for our buildings. Students came up with great ideas and were very helpful with changes to be made for future use of this lab. Thanks guys!
