Science:
We
will end the year by reviewing all of our past studies and connecting
the areas of study together. Thank you so much students for an amazing
year; I'll miss you guys!

Monday: Today we:
- Completed a review of sixth grade by putting together posters categorizing our experiences this year to hang in the hallway.
Tuesday:Today we:
- Completed a look into climate change as a current event and looked at the science, why it has been in the news so much lately, and then calculated our own personal carbon footprint.
Wednesday: Today we:
- Completed our ELA book projects this morning and then did a gallery tour to show off our work.
- The afternoon was filled with Kids Choice Awards and the recognition assembly.
Thursday: Today we:
- Completed a Venn diagram comparing the City of Ember book and movie.
- Wrote a compare and contrast essay based on our Venn diagram before going outside for some much needed fun time!
Friday: Today we:
- Went on our End-of-Year field trip to the MSU rec center
- Participated in a Q and A session with Cherokee 7th graders to prepare for next year!
